Guard your toilet paper...get your ammo
Stores around the state are struggling to keep up with the demand for food, toilet paper and hand sanitizer…but wait - there is another commodity disappearing from the shelves amid the COVID-19 crisis.
You guessed it! Ammunition and firearms.
Across the state of Georgia, there is a limited supply of ammo and residents are desperately trying to stock up. They line up before stores are open and run around town to find supplies, as the number of virus cases statewide continues to rise.
It seems when gun owners do finally find a store with ammunition, they purchase more than they had initially planned because of the constant conversation around the coronavirus.
So be sure you have ammo - I guess toilet paper is a must also, but there is always the mullein plant or "cowboy toilet paper" as it is often referred to, that can be used instead.
When this plant blooms in the spring, not only will it satisfy your lower cheeks, but you'll be awed by a striking display of yellow flower blossoms growing up towards the sky.
It grows abundantly around our property... but hands off!
